About

Do you feel alone, scared, or unsupported as you navigate various changes, challenges, or identities? Are you, or a loved one, exploring your gender identity, gender expression, or transitioning? Are you stressed, anxious, or concerned with one or more relationships in your life? Are you, or a loved one, struggling with grief, loss, addiction, or healing after a traumatic event? Maybe pandemic stress and grief has just gotten to be too much? If you answered yes to any of the above, then you've made the right choice by being here. And I know this is hard, but you're brave. Just being here shows that!
As an LGBTQIA+ therapist, I help clients explore their gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, and/or romantic orientation in pursuit of the life they deserve. As a person who has experienced loss, I help who feel stuck, numb, or gripped by grief/loss & unresolved trauma experience deeper, more fulfilling relationships.
If you’re ready to feel empowered to be your most authentic self, improve relationships with others or feel emboldened to separate yourself from relationships that are no longer serving you, take your life back from the heavy grasp of trauma, grief, loss, or addiction, or create your coping skills tool kit to manage stress and live your best life, reach out!
