My experience working with at-risk populations has allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of the impact trauma has on an individual. I support and work with clients from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. Clients can expect to enter an accepting, welcoming environment so we can work together through life’s obstacles from the past and help you find peace in the present. I believe that empowerment is one of the strongest tools a client can have so I help facilitate that by holding client-led sessions where I am able to support your experience and help you voice your narrative about it.
I work with teens aged 13+ as well as adults of all ages. I also ally with and provide therapy to the Queer community, sex workers, and individuals engaged in non-monogamous relationships.
I primarily approach client concerns through a Psychodynamic lens as I believe many of the struggles we face today can be tied back to our childhood experiences. I utilize techniques from CBT, Psychodynamic Therapy, DBT, and Written Exposure Therapy. Current availability for mornings and early afternoons.
