Being in relationship with others is one of the most profound and beautiful experiences we have as humans. It can also be one of the most confusing, and at times, heartbreaking. It all belongs, and it would be an honor to figure it out together. If you are hoping for reconnection or repair in your relationship(s), processing grief, healing from trauma, seeking relief from anxiety, or looking for support navigating a life transition, I invite you to reach out so we can find a path forward. Together, we can be curious about your emotions, parts of self, and cultivate healing and compassion for yourself and your deepest relationships.
Using a non-judgmental and trauma-informed lens, I will support you in finding new opportunities for relating to self and others, creating new patterns, honing communication skills, and increasing awareness of your bodily and emotional experience. I consider it a privilege to do this work, and I am queer-, kink-, and non-monogamous-affirming.
I primarily use Internal Family Systems (IFS) and attachment-based modalities while centering humor, warmth, curiosity, and a directive presence in my approach. I strive to bring my authentic self into the therapy room so that you may feel safe to do the same. I encourage you to reach out for an initial consultation so we can take the first step together.
