I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LSW) with over 3 years of experience working with children, teens, and adults to better manage the negative effects of trauma, eating disorders, identity issues, depression, anxiety, anger, and PTSD. I also assist couples who are experiencing the effects of dysfunctional dynamics to improve their connection. I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from West Chester University. As a young woman with a history of personal adversity, I am also able to uniquely empathize with those experiencing chronic stress.
I rely on evidence-based therapeutic approaches to treat clients, typically using modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based methods to address a wide array of mental health conditions.
