I specialize in helping children, adolescents, and adults process trauma with an integrative approach that helps the brain and body work together and heal together. I use modalities like Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, play therapy, and Sandtray to help process through the things that are hindering them from living the life they want to live.
