I am able to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for processing hard emotions. While I use an eclectic approach to meet individual needs, I do often lean on the modalities of ACT, CBT, and IFS. My specialty is working with adolescents and adults in the areas of emotion processing, self-regulation, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and trauma.
