I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and EMDR trained therapist. Life is beautiful, messy and occasionally hard to navigate. I would love to act as your guide through the difficulties or challenges that may arise during life's journey. Every persons' needs are different and I tailor treatment to help you achieve your goals. I've taken time to specialize in treating trauma, PTSD, self-harm, body focused repetitive behaviors (body pulling or picking), self esteem, depression, anxiety, and grief/loss. I continue to build my skills and refine my practice through trainings and education to better serve clients that enter my office.
I work with individuals and couples, of all ages, and utilize theories such as CBT, ACT, TF-CBT and EMDR. I pursued extra trainings to better serve grief/loss, infertility and infant loss, as well as AEBT used to treat pulling/picking behaviors.
With couples I use Gottman Therapy; a therapy thoroughly researched and designed to cater to the needs of couples.
