I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling from Spring Arbor University in 2013 and hold LPC and NCC credentials. I also have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Communication from Ferris State University. Much of my experience comes from public mental health settings, where I’ve worked with diverse populations across a wide range of needs. I use an integrative approach, drawing from evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Infant Mental Health.
My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can collaborate toward your overall wellness goals. I incorporate psychoeducation to help guide treatment choices and support you in building the skills needed for meaningful, lasting change.
