You don't need to have a diagnosis, the right words, or a plan for what to say to start therapy. I work best with adults who are new to this, tried therapy once and it didn't click, or just take longer to open up. Many come in with a feeling more than a label: thoughts that loop and won't quiet down, eating that happens faster than they can catch it, or a sense of always being a step behind. Together we slow down, name what's actually happening, and build a plan paced to you, so therapy starts working instead of feeling like one more thing you're failing at. Reaching out is often the hardest part, I'd be happy to help.

I'm specially trained in OCD and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), which I practice gently and at your pace, not fast or all at once. I also work with ADHD and the patterns that come with it, including overeating and food impulsivity. I don't treat restriction-focused eating disorders or bulimia.

I work with adults only and am licensed in Colorado, Arizona, and South Carolina. I don't participate in insurance outside of Colorado, which means I can keep my caseload focused without the constraints of insurance-driven treatment limits. Most clients have out-of-network benefits that reimburse a significant portion of session cost.
