Helping people discover themselves and create more meaningful relationships is my passion. I used to do this as a teacher, and now I do it as a therapist.
My desire to help is strong, but it’s not enough. You need to connect with your therapist AND you need treatments that work. I have advanced training in attachment-based individual and couples therapy, and I’ve lived a human life like you. My goal in every session is to combine my training with my lived experience to make therapy relatable AND effective.
