I specialize in supporting women and men coping with infertility and through the perinatal period and beyond. My specialties include: navigating infertility, perinatal loss, pregnancy after loss, pregnancy after infertility, birth preparation and new parenthood, postpartum identity and intimacy, empowering parents in their transition through parenthood, precipitous and traumatic birth experiences, postpartum depression, anxiety, and rage, secondary infertility, and perinatal and postpartum body image.
I personally understand the complexities of this journey and the unique emotional and psychological challenges and experiences that come with it. I utilize a direct, yet compassionate and warm approach, providing a balance of support and challenge, that allows for flexibility, humor, and connection in the therapeutic process.
My goal is to help you develop a sense of self-awareness and self-compassion and to empower you to make decisions and changes that are in alignment with your values and priorities. Together we can work toward building resilience and creating a more positive and fulfilling experience of parenthood.
