I work with teenagers, adolescents, and college students.
Teens who feel overwhelmed, anxious, shut down, or stuck—and with families who don’t know how to help anymore.
Many of the people I work with are carrying more than they let on: anxiety that won’t quiet down, past experiences that still feel heavy, or sadness that’s hard to explain but impossible to ignore.
Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to perform, impress, or “have it all together.” We focus on helping you understand what’s happening beneath the surface, build tools to manage intense emotions, and feel more in control of your thoughts and reactions.
I take a supportive, trauma-informed approach and tailor sessions to each individuals needs—because no two experiences are the same.
My goal is to help teens and young adults feel safer in their own minds, more confident in who they are, and better equipped to handle life as it comes.
