I have over 7 years of experience working with a variety issues including Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar, Couples Issues, Substance Abuse, and Personality Disorders. I utilize EFT techniques more often than not in my work with individuals and couples. It has 20 years of research supporting its effectiveness and has a 70-75% success rate. In general I enjoy working with individuals suffering from depression & trauma and couples who experience a loss of spark.

Couples Workshop February 17th-18th 2017
I will be hosting a two day couples workshop on February 17th and 18th 2017 from 10am-4pm to help you connect on a deeper level with your partner, improve communication, and recognize why you get into arguments, and how to prevent from doing so. The workshop is based upon Dr. Sue Johnson's EFT therapy and based upon the book Hold Me Tight. Lunch will be provided! Location will be determined. The class is limited to 8 couples.
