I consider how experiences, identities, environments and relationships influence how we feel in the world, both with other people and with ourselves. I strive to offer a space of deep listening, presence and engagement. You can expect me to show up as a fellow human, with a warm, thoughtful and gently challenging presence.
My approach is relational. I’m trained in psychodynamic practice, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness and somatic tools. Ultimately, therapy will look different for each person, and we will discover together what is most supportive.
I have experience and enjoy working with adolescents and adults navigating issues such as transitions, self-esteem, family or relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting, substance use, ADHD, LGBTQ+ needs and identity exploration.
