I find my passion lies with treating individuals that have experienced trauma and realize there are wounds to heal. I also enjoy working with individuals who struggle with finding a sense of meaning and purpose, or the loss of such, while juggling the demands of school, career, relationships and society. I can bring that into session if desired. I utilize Family Systems Therapy to identify family of origin impact on your present. I utilize CBT, mindfulness, EMDR, IFS parts, equine assisted therapy
