Among other techniques, I use evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy, so you can make the long-term behavior changes that will put you on the right track.

I work with clients on a range of issues, many of which have their roots in anxiety, depression, or relationship distress. I believe that getting to know how you got here is key to knowing who you are and where you should go. I also work with couples seeking help after infidelity, abuse, or other problems that are causing distress within the relationship.
