I am currently an LPC-Associate in the state of Texas under the supervision of Sarah Arnold, LPC-S. I am now accepting new clients in person in the Austin, TX area or virtually. My specialty is helping adult individuals overcome depression, anxiety, and stress by healing the very root of the symptoms. I work with the client to observe and acknowledge past beliefs and motivations and then work to rewrite that hindering narrative. I also see couples seeking relationship healing and connection through identifying hurtful patterns to rebuild trust and intimacy.
