If you've been hurt by religious institutions or leaders, your stories and experiences deserve a voice and to be listened to deeply. Religious trauma, spiritual abuse, and church hurt are real—whether you're experiencing shame from purity culture, anxiety around religious spaces or symbols, difficulty trusting your own intuition, or grief over lost relationships or community—I'm here to help. I provide trauma-informed, queer-affirming therapy using mindfulness practices, somatic approaches, self-compassion work, and nervous system re-balancing strategies.
Together we'll work to deconstruct unhelpful belief systems, improve relationships, clarify your values, engage your inner resources, practice healthy boundaries, and rebuild self-trust. I'll meet you with empathy and compassion as you (re)discover your sense of identity, purpose, personal agency, and belonging on your own terms.
Whether you identify with a religious tradition, are a spiritual seeker, or identify with no religion at all, you are welcome here. Your healing journey is unique, and I'd be honored to support you in becoming authentically yourself, connected to your values, and at peace within yourself and in your relationships.
