I provide counseling to children and adolescents, individuals, couples and families. I work with a large range of issues including parenting issues, adjustment to life changes, depression, anxiety, women's issues,postpartum issues and strengthening connections between couples and family members.
I work from a strengths based perspective, using the skills and strengths that you already have to assist in managing your current challenge. I use a variety of theoretical techniques including cognitive behavioral, solution focused, narrative and motivational interviewing.
