This is a body image support group primarily for those who have struggled with disordered eating or body dysmorphia. We incorporate writing, movement and connection to our body, nutrition counseling, and equine assisted psychotherapy.

This group combines Brene' Brown's shame resilience curriculum with the experiential component of equine assisted psychotherapy. People learn about connection and how shame often gets in the way of connecting.

Not Alone (teen and children's groups)

This is a group created for kids to help them feel less alone in their struggles. Most group members are struggling with things such as depression, anxiety, surviving trauma, sexual identity, family problems, and school stress. Groups are formed based on age and we conduct experiential therapy, processing, and psychoeducation. Parent group is also offered to the parents of the group members. (groups are typically school age, middle school, and high school sections).
