I work with individuals ages 18-65. Areas I focus on include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family conflict, and huge life changes. My integrative approach is tailored to the client and I focus on building on their strengths, resources, and support systems. I have a warm, strength-based approach that meets clients where they are.
