I am licensed in both WA and CA, offering support to parents, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as trauma, parenting, ADHD, anxiety, depression, school stress, and more. I help clients develop coping skills, communication strategies, and strengthen relationships. EMDR therapy is also available for processing trauma and past experiences. My approach is collaborative, creating a safe space where clients feel heard and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. I like to blend somatic and cognitive based modalities for a wholistic approach to coping strategies.
