I am licensed in both WA and CA, offering support to parents, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as trauma, parenting, ADHD, anxiety, depression, school stress, and more. I help clients develop coping skills, communication strategies, and strengthen relationships. My approach is collaborative, creating a safe space where clients feel heard and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. I am committed to helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges with confidence and resilience.

I offer an eclectic approach to assist my clients in learning how to cope with what they are experiencing that brought them to therapy. I use Attachment Focused EMDR as my primary modality of treatment. I also have special training and knowledge in navigating infertility and third-party reproduction.
