My goal in the therapy room is for you to feel seen and heard. I regard my responsibility to be providing an open and safe environment to process emotions that are often set aside for the hustle and bustle of life, and left neglected. You are deserving of the care and validation that allows space for self-love to flourish. Centering joy, I aim to support you as you heal from all you've survived and connect with the parts of you waiting to thrive. My therapy is inclusive, intersectional, and LGBTQIA+ affirming.
I utilize parts work, hypnosis, mindfulness, and somatic techniques to help clients process past experiences and reconnect with themselves. I specialize in childhood trauma, religious trauma, sexual trauma, racial trauma, and support those with existential processing.
