Hello, I am Dr. Britt Engrav, founder of Tidal Mental Health & Consulting. My therapy practice is rooted in a trauma informed approach that prioritizes safety, trust, and empowerment. I offer a warm, empathic space where people feel seen and heard. Wherever you are in your journey, I meet you there, and we will work together in supporting healing and for you to be the best version of yourself.
I support adolescents, adults, and families who are navigating the weight of trauma, anxiety, depression, and other life changes by creating a space where you can be your true self and to work on untangling the tough stuff by building emotional resilience, strengthening relationships, and finding practical tools for lasting change.
My communication style is direct while also providing empathy, compassion, and understanding throughout the therapeutic process. I believe in being honest and clear while holding space with care and respect.
