Hi and thanks for dropping by! I specialize in treating folx age 15+ with complex and single-incident trauma, self-esteem challenges, and big existential questions around identity and purpose. I largely serve folx whose trauma manifests other challenges like depression, anxiety, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, sexual dysfunction, or substance use. Many of my clients live at the intersection of multiple identities, including Disability, neurodiversity, race, and queerness and prefer to work with a provider who has lived experience.
My approach is relational and collaborative as a provider who believes in the healing power of community connection. Each person responds to therapy differently and needs a unique, non-prescriptive approach to support their healing. I pull from a mix of therapy modalities and culturally-rooted practices to honor your resilience and process tough feelings.

This twice monthly Ecotherapy group invites you to take part in 90 minutes of unplugged connection with nature in beautiful state parks across Central Connecticut. Using mindfulness, you will learn skills that can be integrated throughout your life for greater self-regulation, deepen the relationship between yourself and the world around you, and foster bodily liberation.
