I help adults from all backgrounds who feel stuck in painful patterns with self-sabotage, drugs and alcohol, codependent relationships, or broken records of negative thoughts. I have specialized experience with recovery and LGBTQ communities. In-person available in New Orleans, teletherapy available to LA and WA residents.
I offer a trauma-informed approach and years of experience working with acute co-occurring disorders. My therapeutic style blends calm presence, curiosity, and empathy with a willingness to gently challenge you. I work to earn your trust and encourage you to step outside your comfort zone and engage with difficult emotions in the secure space of therapy.
