My passion is helping people realize and achieve their goals in order to fully live the life they want to live. It can be difficult to find the right therapist so, I do everything I can to build a safe, trusting and inviting environment for my clients. Together we will work on exploring, identifying and achieving your personal goals for therapy. I believe each client is their own expert with unique, individual strengths and abilities. I work together with my clients to help them realize, develop and utilize their personal strengths in order to achieve their goals. My sessions are tailored for each individual client.
I utilize a cognitive behavioral therapy informed strengths-based approach to therapy along with motivational interviewing to help clients address behavior issues, anger management, symptoms of depression and anxiety, self-esteem and adjustment issues. I work with a range of clients from adolescents to adults to help them improve multiple areas of their life
I have extensive experience working with youth, adolescents and adults in a variety of therapeutic settings ranging from residential treatment centers to outpatient clinics. Together we will explore, develop and utilize your individual strengths and abilities to find new effective ways of coping with difficult situations and improve your life.
