Has traditional talk therapy not quite helped? Learned coping skills and ways to manage symptoms, yet still feel stuck? I work with adults ready to move beyond symptom management, into deeper healing. My focus is on helping you gently access and heal the root wounds that continue to impact your life around trauma, grief and attachment. My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) + compassion-based work. Together, we create space for curiosity, safety, and a deeper connection to Self. I believe our experiences are held in the body. These experiences shape how we relate to the world, and how deeply we trust our inner voice.
We’ll take a mind-body approach, exploring how your internal system learned to protect you. With IFS, we’ll gently get to know the parts of you that have been working so hard to keep you safe. We’ll carefully approach and reprocess painful memories in a way that feels safe, helping reduce their emotional charge and release the burdens they carry.
I work primarily with adults around trauma, grief and attachment wounding. I earned my MA and post-MA in Marriage + Family Therapy. I am a member of NCC, ACA, EMDRIA + VCA. I’ve been in the mental health field for over 19 years. I am LGBTQIA+BIPOC affirming. I am also a Board approved Supervisor for LPC + LMFT Residents.
