I am a relational, attachment based, IFS (Level 1), EMDR trained therapist. My practice leans heavily into IFS and compassion work to invite room for curiosity, safety + building connection to self. I believe our experiences live + are held in our bodies, having direct impact on our sense of connection to and trust in self. This often translates to protective responses that eventually leave us isolated, overwhelmed, and disconnected from self, our body, and those around us. In our work together we will explore a mind-body connection approach to support overall connection, depth and mending to your system as a whole.
I work with seasoned adults around attachment trauma, fertility + adoptive parent trauma + grief, infidelity trauma + grief, overwhelmed mothers + trauma. Our work will be slow and intentional. We will explore your experiences and learned patterns to support ways to build connection and trust with self and body outside of your typical protective responses.
I earned my MA and post-MA in Marriage + Family Therapy. I am a member of ACA, EMDRIA + VCA. I’ve been in the mental health field for over 17 years. I am LGBTQIA+BIPOC affirming. I am also a Board approved Supervisor for LPC + LMFT Residents.
