Hello, I’m Britni, a Licensed Psychotherapist at the Center for Compassion. It is a privilege to walk alongside you following a devastating loss. My approach is to provide a safe, compassionate space for you to grieve openly as you learn to survive this most painful time. As you navigate the complexities of grief, I’m here to help you find ways to honor and remember your loved one, while learning how to carry your grief, and tolerate the intolerable. Together, we will explore how to navigate this unimaginable loss and work towards increasing resilience in the face of traumatic grief.
For those who are facing the everyday challenges of anxiety, depression, and other general mental health concerns; I offer a supportive, collaborative approach to help you build resilience, manage your emotions, and find balance as you navigate expected and unexpected life changes and adjustments.
I believe that healing is a holistic process, and I am committed to providing a gentle environment where all aspects of your mental well-being are addressed. I am dedicated to the mission of breaking-down the stigma around grief, trauma, and mental health in our society, to create a more compassionate world for humans who are experiencing human reactions.
