Britni D Shrader currently has a waitlist for new clients.
Many of us struggle with understanding how to find happiness in our daily life and how to be comfortable with our decisions, goals, and selves as a whole. Is it time to take some control over your mood, thinking patterns, and day-to-day functioning? Are you struggling with disordered eating and/or poor body image? Do you want to live a life where you feel comfortable in your skin and able to practice acceptance of yourself and things you can't control? Let's figure out together how you can live the most effective, high-quality life possible.
I focus on how your thoughts, emotions and behaviors work interconnectedly, teaching effective skills to help nurture your individual needs with the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), CBT-Enhanced for Eating Disorders, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, as well as assist with establishing personal, solution-focused, and achievable goals.
My goal when working with clients is for you to feel understood, validated, and to work with you to achieve the personal goals you have with zero judgment. It can be very isolating and intimidating when dealing with a chronic issue that can be difficult to understand or explain. Let's work together on your journey to connection and understanding.
