Hello! I'm Britney, and I'm here to help guide you forward. I help clients who feel worried, sad, overwhelmed, angry and or are grieving. My clients generally want to feel like themselves again or have an idea of who they do or don't want to become. I take time to know my clients and we develop goals that are specific and realistic and will change things along the way as you change. We will talk about you- I give time and attention to your life story, valuing your culture, background and individuality.

We will discuss possible lifestyle changes and coping skills that will benefit your mental health. For some people this will not be the first time talking with someone and for others it will.
