Hi, I’m Britanie and I believe healing happens in connection... and maybe over a few good laughs (and tears) along the way. I work with couples and individuals (ages 16 and up), with a heart for helping people reconnect; to themselves, to each other, and to what matters most. Whether you're showing up as a couple who feels more like roommates than teammates, or you’re coming individually carrying the emotional weight of motherhood, work, relationships, and everything else... you don’t have to do it alone. And if your faith is a meaningful part of your life, I’m happy to integrate faith-based counseling into our work together.
Many of the individuals who find their way into my office are young to middle-aged moms who are juggling all the roles and responsibilities and just need a safe place to exhale. This isn’t about having all the answers; it’s about having space to ask the real questions, get honest, and feel seen.
My approach is rooted in emotional safety, authenticity, and a deep belief that we all have the capacity to heal when we feel connected and understood.
