I provide a warm, safe and confidential environment for people of all ages who want to make positive changes in their lives, process difficult experiences, and/or strengthen relationships with loved ones. Individuals and families of diverse ethnic, religious, sexual orientation, and gender identification backgrounds are all welcome in my practice.

I have spent my career working with individuals and families to strengthen relationships and decrease difficult behaviors/problems. I provide therapy for all aged individuals struggling with childhood trauma, grief and loss, emotional, academic, social, and/or family challenges.
If you feel my services may be of use to you or your loved one, I welcome the opportunity to discuss how I may best support you. I believe that we all can thrive when we are able to heal from difficult experiences, learn new perspectives, and form and maintain strong connections with loved ones in our homes and communities.
