I know starting the process of therapy can be difficult and scary, the first step of starting counseling is often the hardest one. My goal is to help anyone who is struggling with their mental health. Many of us experience difficulties in our lives that make life harder to live. I specialize in addictions counseling, depression, anxiety, grief, and life changes. If you are experiencing any of these then I believe I can help you navigate them and overcome them. I utilize CBT and RT but if a different modality is more effective for you then I am happy to use the modality that best fits you.
My goal is to help you reach the healing and peace you desire. I create the model of therapy around your needs and what best fits you and the situation you are in.
