I work with children, adolescents and adults who are struggling with self image, anxiety and depression, life transitions, bereavement and loss. I utilize a trauma informed approach while addressing concerns associated with substance use disorder, body image, and PTSD.

We use modalities like TF-CBT, CBT, play therapy, Theraplay, SPARCS and ARC which include parents (for individual and family sessions).
