Whether using EMDR, art therapy, parts work, or another modality I offer, together we slow down, listen to your body and emotions, and find grounding ways forward that honor your cultural, familial, and personal experiences.

I draw from art therapy, EMDR, somatic, and parts-based approaches, tailored to your goals and pace.
