Navigating life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, especially without the right support. Therapy offers a safe space for you and your child to receive the support necessary to overcome challenges. I am dedicated to creating a trusting, judgment-free environment and fostering a strong, empathetic connection with each client. Parents, caregivers, teachers, and other key figures in a child’s life are active partners in the therapeutic process. Together, we will empower your child to develop a strong sense of self and equip you with tools to nurture their unique needs.

I use a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered, and Strengths-Based approaches, to help clients gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I also incorporate interactive and creative methods - such as art and music therapy techniques - to make sessions both enjoyable and impactful.
