I have experience supporting clients through various challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship issues, and life transitions. With a particular interest in clients who are neurodivergent, whether you have ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), or other conditions, I recognize that your experiences are beautifully unique. I draw on evidence-based therapy approaches, specifically, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as somatic and mindfulness-based therapy. As a therapist, I aim to honor your unique journey and try different techniques to help you find healing, growth, and empowerment.
