About
Are you hoping to feel better but not sure where to start? Therapy can help! Having the ability to seek support during a difficult time is a sign of strength. It is okay to admit that doing it alone is no longer working. Therapy is tool that can be used to help you work through difficulty and feel more empowered and balanced. I work most frequently with those dealing with anxiety, depression, transition, burnout, and grief. Areas of interest include trauma, fertility, parenthood, work related stress, and life transitions.
I am passionate about meeting clients where they are at. We explore together to access strengths and work through discomfort. I use an integrated approach by addressing mind and body. I am particularly interested in helping clients navigate the stressors surrounding parenthood, work, loss, and relationships. I am IFS level 1 trained and EMDR certified.
Deciding to pursue therapy is a big first step! The next step is finding a therapist that's a good fit for you. Although rewarding and life-changing, this work is not easy, and you'll want a therapist with whom you can build rapport and trust. Reach out to me to schedule a complimentary phone call to see if we're a good fit to work together.
