I work with individuals and couples navigating relationship challenges, trauma, grief and emotional disconnection. Many feel stuck in repeating patterns, overwhelmed by conflict, or carrying unresolved pain. Using EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I help clients understand themselves and each other with greater clarity and compassion. Together, we process past experiences, improve communication, and build more secure, connected relationships so they can move forward with confidence and intention.

I specialize in working with systems—both within individuals and between partners. Using IFS, I help clients understand patterns, heal underlying wounds, and shift relational dynamics. My approach supports deeper self-awareness, emotional regulation, and more secure, connected relationships.
