High school girls group ages 15-17
This group is a year round open group designed to meet the unique emotional developmental needs of high school girls. Girls will have fun and laugh while learning about themselves and others. Through consistent group participation girls will develop a positive self concept, increase self awareness and be able to identify destructive thought patterns. Topics such as healthy relationships, healthy communication, body image and physical wellness are experienced in a supportive and fun group atmosphere.
