I have been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the Houston area for the past 20 years. I opened my own practice in 2008. With time and experience I have grown my practice to include individual clients trying to cope with issues ranging from Depression to Anxiety as well as couples who are struggling in their relationships. I offer therapy sessions both virtually and in a person. I want the client to choose what is most comfortable for them. I can conduct my sessions in either English or Spanish. I offer a range of therapeutic modalities, such as client centered therapy, cognitive therapy, CBT and Internal Family Systems Therapy.
I offer a non judgmental approach to helping and the ability to be able to empathize with other people's struggles while being able to detect what is keeping people stuck and unable to move forward. Then we work together to move past that stuck point to move forward to heal and find more fulfillment.
