Our practice is dedicated to helping individuals overcome a wide range of challenges. This includes, anxiety, depression, divorce recovery, family caregiver fatigue, life transitions, stress and trauma. We believe in a holistic approach to mental health and well-being by focusing on the mind, body, and spirit of each individual.
Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) is the therapeutic modality that our experienced therapist uses. As we work together, we'll focus on the big picture: what do you want to stand for in life, what is your heart’s deepest desire and how do you want to treat yourself and others. You'll be taught skills to identify and utilize intentional values-guided action.
