I help clients move beyond what’s holding them back—whether it’s nervous system dysregulation or the impact of past trauma. My practice centers on Infra-Low Frequency (ILF) Neurofeedback and EMDR to support meaningful, lasting change. Together, we’ll work to shift patterns that no longer serve you so you can feel more grounded, resilient, and engaged in your life. I ask that clients take an active role in their healing by showing up consistently and making supportive changes outside of sessions.
I work with clients of all ages—babies, children, teens, and adults—and tailor treatment to your goals and history.
ILF Neurofeedback is a supportive, gentle, low-barrier approach that helps your brain regulate itself more effectively. Over time, it can increase calm and stability, improve sleep and energy, sharpen focus, and reduce stress reactivity—helping you feel more capable and at ease in daily life without needing to talk through everything.
In therapy, we’ll explore and resolve the roots of patterns that keep you stuck. Using EMDR, we can process difficult memories and beliefs so you can feel more present and connected. I also work with couples, using Emotionally Focused Therapy to rebuild trust and strengthen emotional bonds.
