I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including EMDR, with a focus on attachment issues, as well as traditional talk therapy to guide you as you heal your inner child and learn to give yourself what you need to live healthier and happier. I provide a safe, supportive, non judgmental, and empathic space for you to explore your past.
Sometimes you need someone to support and validate your feelings and experiences, and other times you need someone to give you some real talk and gently call you out on your BS. I will do both. I can give you the tools to recognize and change the self sabotaging thinking and behaviors that have you feeling stuck, anxious, and depressed. Let's get started.
