At Brighten the Path Counseling Group, we offer compassionate therapy for adults, teens, couples, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, life transitions, self-worth, and emotional overwhelm. Our clinicians provide remote sessions throughout Colorado, with in-person availability in Northglenn and south Denver. We know reaching out can feel vulnerable, so we strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered as you move toward clarity, connection, and healing.
Our Team
I specialize in working with adult survivors of childhood abuse and trauma, helping individuals heal from past wounds and move forward with greater self-compassion and strength. I also work with clients experiencing relationship challenges, self-worth issues, anxiety, and those seeking a deeper sense of purpose.

I have a deep passion for working with adult individuals and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, loss, life transitions, conflict resolution, and unresolved trauma. I individualize my therapeutic approach for each client to provide support and guidance in helping them develop and meet their goals. I believe that successful therapy begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust and understanding rooted in empathy. My approach is holistic where the therapist and client must not only explore what is going on in the mind, but also address the physical, social, and spiritual needs as well.

Grief and loss can leave you feeling shattered, as though you will never experience joy again. Life losses take many forms (death, job loss, relationship loss, etc.) and it's difficult knowing where to turn for help during these times. Another difficult loss is familial estrangement. The latest YouGov poll states that 38% of adults are estranged from someone in their family. People become estranged for many reasons, the most common reasons are abuse, betrayal, and manipulation. I have worked with many parents and children on this issue and they have found it helpful, especially towards reconciliation if possible.
