If you are pondering your relationship with substances and are curious about the opportunity and possibility of change, I may be a good fit for you! I'd be happy to walk alongside you and support your growth. I believe recovery is an individualized process and each person deserves respect and compassion. Change can be painful and scary! Clinical support, coupled with tools and skills can be the vessel for change. If this resonates with you, please reach out. I fully believe and enforce “we can grow through what we go through."
My practice niche is treating addiction disorders. I have worked in various treatment centers and levels of care over the past 22 years. I have received specialized training in DBT and am certified in EMDR. I'm honored to be a provider for first responders and the professionals community. I've received ongoing training as a consultant for HAVEN & ESI EAP.
Recovery is all about finding and maintaining a balance; it's about repairing relationships, resolving conflict and creating new, healthy habits. Recovery is about developing new attachments and creating commitments. I can stand beside you in your journey. No judgements!
