I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT.) I help individuals gain awareness of how their thoughts impact their feelings, actions and behaviors. Through therapy, we explore thoughts and reframe distortions while I help teach skills and tools to manage strong emotions. If traumatic events cause continued despair, EMDR is an offered modality.
