Your plans don't come to fruition and you may find yourself empty, anxious, depressed and overwhelmed. I work with stressed and depressed individuals and confused couples. I grew up in Sulphur Springs, and I trained at Indiana Wesleyan University before moving back to my home city!
Sometimes the focus of therapy is to resolve current problems; other times we focus on things that don't work. We work on patterns, thoughts or behaviors that may be holding you back, or help you decide how to choose a new path if you are stuck and feeling unfulfilled.
