Groups
Chess Group Therapy
Chess has been known to increase symptoms of ADHD, as well as teach critical thinking skills such as patient and strategy. Our group therapy club for teens also focuses on Social Skills, which are critical amongst the age group. We our groups are all inclusive, fun and vibrant. We assure that each individual is respected, heard and seen and has a voice in their treatment. This group will meet twice a month and may increase depending on group participants. Teen Boxing
We have teams up with Different Breed Boxing & Fitness Club to tackle mental health through fitness. This is a 1hr all Youth Boxing & Fitness class. It’s fun, inclusive with all genders involved & super supportive environment. We have witnessed our Teens decrease anxiety & increase their confidence & are excited to combine this support in their treatment. Please feel free to call with any questions.
